With this technique we free hand cut all the colours of Van Gogh’s masterpiece, to represent every single brushstroke. It is a slow mindful process that is easy and very relaxing and the results are rewarding. In this raw edge applique mosaic technique, we will use tulle/bridal veil netting to stabilise artwork before quilting.
Once paid you will receive a link to join our private Van Gogh Mosaic Facebook group and access the demonstration video, any time, day or night as often as you wish. In the group you can view other student progress, which adds encouragement and anticipation along the way. I will be in the group to assist with any questions. You could then use this technique to create other painterly masterpieces in fabric, with no painting skills required!
