A service where you send me a photo via email and I create a line drawing design plus a suggested colour guide, based on the photo.
I suggest photos of landscape, holiday photos, buildings, garden, seascapes, boats or desertscapes or interiorscapes such as the sample here with the porch and chairs ready for a relaxing cuppa in the cool breeze. Anything really except portraits. For example, if your photo depicts your grandson, close up looking cute as a button, the finished design will depict a very simplified young person but by no means will it look like your grandson specifically. People or pets, portraits will not be suitable for this service. a figure in the design will be represented in a very simplified form.
I will create a stylised, simple line drawing for you, with the essence of a paper piecing design.
The drawing will be then sent to you via email to down load and print. You can enlarge or shrink the design. You can then trace, paint and quilt your own personal masterpiece. You my decide to work the design in applique or use Lumiere paints or Inktense pencils or even Sun Dyes to paint your design. Using any one of my favourite techniques will result in a very personal masterpiece you can be very proud of. The design belongs to you so if you wish to exhibit the piece, you can! If you wish to sell the piece, you can!
Once you place an order for this service, you can email me a maximum of 3 images and I will work with the most suitable one of the three, for the set price. If you have your heart set on one image to become the design, only send the 1 image.
If you send a photo that I don’t see working in this format, I will let you know and you can submit another image or receive a refund.
