Description
This was my mum’s Best of Show winning quilt that started it all in 2003. I designed this for mum and she worked each block with fusible black bias tape to create the stained glass effect.
Native Birds and Flowers block designs are in a downloadable format, PDF and includes all 28 designs plus a “How to do Stained Glass” instruction sheet but does not include full completion details for the entire quilt. Mum added the bias by hand but a twin needle technique could be used.
